Summer Challenge – Build Your RAK Sheet

June 1 - August 31

You’ve probably heard this question posed before, “If you were on trial for being a Christian would there be enough evidence to convict you?” It’s a good question and one we should all take seriously. We all know it’s best to avoid building a RAP sheet but every follower of Jesus should eagerly desire to build a RAK sheet. What’s a RAK sheet? Your RAK sheet is the collection of all the Random Acts of Kindness that would serve as evidence to rightly convict you as being a Christian.

This summer we what to challenge ourselves, have some fun, and do some good all at the same time…so, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to spend these summer days building your RAK sheet. Get in the habit of doing Random Acts of Kindness for your neighbors, for your friends, for the grumpy guy standing behind you. Do them at home, at work, on vacation, wherever you might be — there is no limit to what kindness can do! But don’t just keep these acts of kindness to yourself; let’s share our stories. Take a picture, post a video clip, write a few words about how God used you to brighten someone’s day. Let’s make sure there is no doubt who we are. We are the body of Christ bringing the love of Jesus into the world!

You can share your stories by posting them on any of King of Kings’ social media channels with the tag below or by emailing office@koklcms.org.
