Our God is out of this world! This summer we will be blasting off to adventure with STELLAR VBS! At Stellar, kids discover how they can shine Jesus’ love and hope in everyday life! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible Adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of Jesus’ light, and test out Sciency-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home and play with all summer long. Each day concludes with a Cosmic Closing that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Stellar is designed for kids from ages 4 to 5th grade and will run from 9:00am to 12:00pm each day.
How can you help?
King of Kings believes firmly that no one should have to pay to learn about the love God has for us in Jesus Christ so there is no charge for your child to attend. If, however, you would like to help us defray the cost of putting on this week long event we will be accepting free will donations. In addition, each year sees an increase in the number of participants wanting to take part in VBS. In order to effectively manage this growing number of kids and make it the best possible experience for everyone we are always looking for outside volunteers. Volunteers can be anyone 6th grade and up. Perhaps you know of a junior or senior high student in need of service hours (20 hours are available for 1 week of VBS) or maybe you know someone who loves kids or is a kid at heart. Our goal is to have one crew leader for every 4-5 participants. This ratio offers the best experience for everyone involved. Grab a friend or two and help us make this the best week of VBS yet!
